Resurgence.

Exhibition at Langstone Gate Building , Havant to relaunch the site and the resurgence of Havant. Launch 14 th June 2007 5.30-9.30. For invite and details email janekilford@tinyworld.co.uk . Exhibition runs until 29 th June.


Mosaic Project -Springwood Community Centre, Waterlooville

A community project organised by Hermitage Housing and Dot to Dot arts involving a large cross section of community centre users and local schools. Open day launch of the mosaic panels to be sited on the outer wall of the Community Centre- Saturday 9 th June 2007


Front to Back 2007 - Havant Arts Centre

This exhibition was a collaboration with Dynamo Youth Theatre to explore the relationship between the cast members, crew and organisational elements of a production, highlighting 25 years of successful shows

The MayDays Arts Trail - Havant, Hants

12th/13 th May 2007 saw a showery and windy weekend which thankfully did not deter the visitors. This annual artists trail is always a good opportunity to share work and enjoy dialogue with a diverse range of people. I had some great conversations and made new contacts.



Tiny Chairs with Big Arts 2006 - Sadler Gallery Havant

An exhibition organised to extend the scope of work produced at Purbrook Park School during Big Arts Week where I worked with year 10 pupils. They were invited to respond to the brief of producing a chair (restricted size) and a text piece from found items collected from the school grounds and items brought in from home. The resulting work was then developed in to an exhibition curated with guidance by one of the pupils

Art Outside 2005

Environmental Art Project at Queen Elizabeth Country Park working with Yr 8 pupils to produce work in response to the landscape using materials found on site. Flint and Chalk

Shaping Places 2004

Cross disciplinary, education programme exploring the built environment. A pilot project led by Kent Architecture Centre. Work took place with yr 6 7 and 8 pupils and staff from two Havant Schools, Robin Butcher, Landscape Architect, Film Maker, Gary Casey and myself who shadowed the project and documented the process .
